YOU MUST HAVE A CARD ON FILE IN ORDER TO BOOK. IF THERE IS NONE, THE APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED. DON'T WORRY! YOUR CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNLESS THERE IS A NO CALL/NO SHOW/LAST MIN CANCELLATION.

FOR MY ESTABLISHED CLIENTS DON'T WORRY, I ALREADY HAVE YOU IN MY SYSTEM. I DO ASK THAT YOU GIVE ME AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ORDER TO RESCHEDULE. LAST MINUTE CHANGES (LESS THAN 48 HOURS) WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE SERVICE. NEW CLIENTS THAT CANCEL LAST MIN OR RESCHEDULE WITHIN LESS THAN 48 HRS, THE FEE WILL BE 60%. FOR HIGHER PRICE POINT SERVICES, THE FEE MIGHT BE HIGHER DEPENDING ON THE SERVICE AND TIME. IF YOU CANCEL AND THE PAYMENT DOES NOT GO THROUGH, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT OR NO FUTURE APPOINTMENTS WILL BE ALLOWED TO BE SCHEDULED. (ZELLE IS ACCEPTED IF CARD DECLINES).

YOU ARE ALLOWED A 10 MIN GRACE PERIOD IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE. AFTER THAT, WE WILL NEED TO RESCHEDULE SINCE I HAVE BLOCKED OFF ENOUGH TIME PER APPOINTMENT.

NO CALL/NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE SERVICE. ONCE AGAIN, NO CALL/NO SHOWS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REBOOK WITH ME. MY APP WILL SEND YOU YOUR REMINDER OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. MAKE SURE TO CONFIRM THEM ONCE YOU RECEIVE THE TEXT, WHICH WILL USUALLY BE SENT 48, 24, AND 1 HOUR BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.
